Returns and Exchanges
As a customer with us, you have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it. In addition, we offer a 30-day exchange policy. Please note that the right to return does not apply if you have broken the packaging and used the product. In such cases, we cannot accept a return. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Important to Note:
Products with Custom Prints: These cannot be returned or exchanged after they have been ordered, as they are specially made according to your specifications.
Damaged or Defective Products: If a physical product arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as expected, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue, either by offering a replacement, repair, or another suitable solution.
